Coup de Cariño has a strict 48hr cancellation policy & 24hrs for rescheduling. Failure to cancel/reschedule within that timeframe will result in a 50% late notice fee.

Have a hard time keeping track of your appointments? No worries, you will be sent a reminder text 2 weeks before your appointment & then again 72hrs beforehand!

Failure to show up to your appointment entirely without any notice before your appointment time will result in a 100% no show fee.

After 2 no shows you will be required to fully pay for your appointment upon booking.

A 3rd no show will result in a ban from booking at Coup de Cariño.

Coup de Cariño understands that some things are unpredictable! Which is why there is a 10 minute grace period for all appointments. Running more than 10 minutes late may result in rescheduling your appointment, but accommodations will be made whenever possible.

Communication is key! Shoot me a message the moment you realize you’re running behind. I promise to do the same!

Y’all aint the only ones who can lose track of time! As a perfectionist (who has a LOT of thick haired clients) I know I have and will be guilty of running behind sometimes. I will however do my best to let all clients know ahead of time, because both of our time matters and should be respected.

Coup de Cariño’s goal is to make all your hair dreams come true! If you ever feel like your cut/color is not exactly what you’re looking for please let me know within 3 days of your appointment. A redo appointment must be scheduled with 14 days of your original appointment.

Redo’s are up to my discretion based on our original consultation and agreed upon goals. I will always make reasonable corrections or refinements, but will not provide redo’s for: a sudden change of desired style/color, or fading, tonal changes, or damage resulting from improper home care.
